this used to be a leftist argument, but now I guess it is considered a right one conspiracy theory.

This was one reason that I worked for the IHS, since I saw the profit HMOs who didn't treat people outside the HMO, and often we weren't given time to talk to patients: place all those ladies on prozac instead of finding their real problem.
